On a trip to Humboldt County for a series of school programs at local schools, we were honored to be visited by a group of young men from the YMAA Retreat Center who filmed many of our activities.
They were kind enough to create this compilation overview of a few of the things that we did that day.

The YMAA Retreat Center is a non-profit organization established by world renowned author and teacher, Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming. Students of the full-time programs train year round in the disciplines of Shaolin Long Fist, Shaolin White Crane, Yang-style Taijiquan, and Qigong.
Visitors are welcome to train during the fall and spring semesters or attend the summer seminars.
